Le Chevrefeuille is a farmhouse complex in the Dordogne countryside surrounded by fields of sunflowers. The location can�t be beat as almost all of the main tourist attractions are located within a 30-minute drive from here. The surrounding area is full of kid-friendly castles, prehistoric caves and outdoor adventures. Room types at the hotel vary for families and include bunk beds and separate bedrooms, as well as self-catering apartments. The owners have gone out of their way to make the hotel family-friendly. It�s a perfect setup for kids with outdoor grassy areas to run and play, and an inside playroom that has toys for all ages plus a TV. The quiet country roads are perfect for walking or riding bikes. Our kids loved that they had the freedom to run outside and play with the owner�s children and other guests; at the end of each day families often gather at the pool for a swim or game of foosball. Depending on the season, dinner is served several nights a week and is a highlight of a stay here. Not only is the food excellent, but parents can enjoy a long and luxurious meal as the kids run off to play and have their dessert with the other children. A stay at Le Chevrefeuille is a unique experience that allows both kids and parents to have their own vacation time.
